As a Commercial Building Engineer, you will maintain the integrity of all building systems by operating the building in an efficient manner while performing a variety of tenant services.
As a Construction Manager, you will plan, budget, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with the design and construction of various commercial projects. These projects include but are not limited to: commercial office, retail tenant renovations, new construction, base building renovations, capital projects, and new property development.
